CONSULTATIONS

Booking a consultation has never been easier with Health365. You have full control of deciding between a virtual or face-face appointment with one of our amazing doctors.

Face to face appointments as well as virtual appointments are available to book online. 

​

Please follow the instructions below on how to book your consult and what to do when you arrive to the surgery.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

You can book an appointment from the comfort of your own home through Health365. Choose your registered doctor and your desired time. If you are having issues with online booking, please call reception on 09 524 6249 so we can assist you in booking your appointment.

 

​You can book phone, video or in person appointments online or by calling our dedicated reception team to assist you in booking.

FOR PATIENTS WHO HAVE FLU SYMPTOMS LIKE:

  • ​Fever

  • Cough

  • Tiredness

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Headache

  • Aches and pains

  • Diarrhea

  • A rash on skin, or discoloration of fingers or toes

  • Red or irritated eyes​​

PATIENTS WITH SYMPTOMS MENTIONED ABOVE MUST WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING THE CLINIC.

 

​​Consultation Information:

​

  • A standard consultation is 15 minutes. If you have multiple concerns to discuss with the doctor, please book at least 30-minute appointment to allow sufficient time for a thorough discussion and ensures your concerns are adequately addressed.​​

  • Extended consultations are required for employment medicals, immigration medicals, minor surgical procedures and well person checks (i.e. ‘Well Woman’ and ‘Well Man’ checks), or other full medical checks. Please call reception to book these. â€‹

  • If you or a member of your family is acutely unwell and in need of urgent appointment, please inform the receptionist and ask to speak with our nurse. They nurse will assess the urgency of your situation and arrange for you to be seen as soon as possible.
